We have multiple payment options available for our online. While this can be quite confusing, it gives you plenty of options to either pay for item right away, or spread your payments over a set period of time.

PayPal
This is the most recognised online payment and is widely trusted for secure online transactions. You can pay by credit or debit card, and you don't need an account to process your payment. PayPal accepts most major credit and debit cards.
Payment sense
This is the same provider as we use for our card machine in-store. It's a trusted payment provider for secure online transactions.
Clearpay

Klarna
Pay later with Klarna. Choose Klarna at the checkout and pay in full up to 30 days later or split the cost into monthly payments. For more information, visit klarna.com

Frequently Asked Questions - Pay After Delivery
Who is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment service provider, from Sweden, who take end-to-end responsibility for your payment. They support 60 million consumers worldwide in over 70,000 online stores and are very safe to use
I have been asked to go to Klarna's site. Is this correct?
If you have chosen to Pay After Delivery (with a 14 or 30 day grace period), Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card. If you do not pay Klarna within the grace period, late fees may apply
If Klarna gives me the option to Pay After Delivery within 14 or 30 days, does a credit search take place against me?
Neither Klarna nor EGO run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run a quotation search which is an enquiry which only you, and no other companies, can see and which does not affect credit scoring.
How does Klarna Pay After Delivery work?
After EGO has sent your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions, telling you when you need to pay by, it’s typically 14 or 30 days after the order is shipped. If you do not have your email to hand, you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service here.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important, that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so be liable for delayed payment fees.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by EGO. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
Why have I not been offered Pay After Delivery?
Although Pay After Delivery is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay After Delivery method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the e-store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout
What are my payment options with Klarna?
You can pay immediately with debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard) in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay After Delivery payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via debit or credit card.
How do I pay for my order?
If you have received your goods and want to pay, either log in at www.klarna.com or click the link from the email Klarna sent you regarding this order. If you cannot log in to pay, contact Klarna’s Customer Service here
Have you received my payment?
If you pay by card, EGO will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay After Delivery, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.klarna.com.
What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, we ask you to contact the store where you made your purchase.
I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund if I paid by card?
As soon as the store have registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
With Pay After Delivery, what should I do if I want to return part or all of my order?
If you are close to your Pay After Delivery payment due date, you should also contact our Customer Service who will make any necessary adjustments to the statement and provide further help if needed.
What happens to my invoice, when I've returned the goods?
Once the store has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be closed.
I've received an invoice, but I've not yet received my goods
With Klarna’s Pay After Delivery, you have either 14 or 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please call the store to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment
How will I be refunded?
If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you paid using bank transfer, you will need to provide Klarna with your IBAN number in order for Klarna to make the repayment. If you have not paid the invoice yet, then the refund will reduce the invoice or cancel it completely.

Merchant Dependant Questions
Can I request delivery to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When selecting Klarna as a payment method, you can choose to deliver the goods to an address other than your billing address. At the checkout, you will be given the option to enter a separate delivery address
We hope that you will be delighted with your products, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition, unworn and with labels intact.

Please remember to enclose your order ID, name, address, telephone number, email address and reason for returning the goods.
You will be given a return ID which must be shown on the front of your returned parcel. (If this ID is not shown on the front your parcel it may not be accepted).
A refund for postage costs for returns will only be given if items are faulty, if you have simply changed your mind, you the customer are responsible for any postage cost. All refunds must be confirmed before sending back the parcel.
You will have a further 7 days upon acceptance of your return to send the item back to us. Anything over this time will not be accepted.
It is important to ensure that any tag that may come with the item is still in place and un-detached. Otherwise we will deem the item as used since it is not necessary to remove the tag to try out the item for sizing.
You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning any item is your responsibility. You will be refunded the full value of the item, less delivery charge.
We reserve the right to charge the actual postage that we have incurred for any item returned that was previously purchased under our free postage promotion. This means if items returned unless faulty, refund will be less £4.95 delivery cost.
We are sorry that we will not be able to accept returns after 14 days. Any returns received will be treated as unsolicited items and will not be refunded.
If a parcel has to be returned to us because the customer:
- Has not collected the item.
- Is not available when delivery is made.
- Gives wrong delivery and or contact details
Then any extra postage related costs that we incur to retrieve the parcel will be payable by the customer.
Exchanges
We reserve the right to charge any additional postage that we have incurred for any item sent as an exchange.
Faulty Items
We will try to ensure all items are in perfect condition before sending out to you, if however you find your item(s) to be faulty upon receipt please following the guidelines on our website to return your item(s). We have the right to inspect the item and if we agree the item is faulty we will offer the choice of a replacement or full refund.
If we claim responsibility for sending you a faulty item we will refund you in full and also the postage charge for sending the item back to you. If this is the agreed case, please ensure you include the postage receipt in your returned parcel, as proof of cost must be shown.
*Please Note: If you are returning unwanted goods you are liable for the cost of returning the items back to us. If you are returning faulty goods this charge will still stand and will only be refunded complete with your order amount when said goods are confirmed as faulty by our customer services department and within the manufacturers guarantee.
Sale Items, Pre-orders and Payment Plan Stock
Items purchased under SALE/ PROMOTIONAL OFFERS, PRE-ORDERS AND PAYMENT PLANS Are NON refundable, all sale & promotional offer items can be exchanged or a store credit note will be issued (within returning 14 days from date received). The customer is responsible for the postage fee to re send the exchanged item. Please note all exchanges/credit notes would be minus the £4.95 delivery charge ( if you ordered one item or returning your full order and qualified for free delivery the posted fee of £4.95 would then be deducted from your refund)
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. The details of this will also be posted to your account. You will be refunded via your original payment method. Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.

Your credit/debit card details are processed by our secure service provider and as such we do not see your card details, the secure service provider does not see the personal information input by the customer.

Conditions Of Use
No contract will exist between you and Little Angels Childrenswear unless and email confirms that it is dispatching your product. Items featured on the site are held in stock (unless otherwise stated), and every effort will be made to complete an order to customer requirement. No liability is accepted where Little Angels Childrenswear is unable to complete an order.
The completion of the contract between you and Little Angels Childrenswear will occur when the order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order- in accordance with our instructions. We will send you an e-mail acknowledging your order, once it has passed through our security checks.
Cancellation Policy
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed.
It is possible to cancel before the order has been confirmed by email. To cancel please email us, quoting the relevant reference number.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will delighted with your products, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return non sale items within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition, unworn and with labels intact for a refund or exchange.
If you return an item to us for which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return carriage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should return the item to us.
